Lone worker workbooks

Connexion2 has launched a series of three Self-Teach Workbooks for companies that find it difficult to get lone workers together for training.

Covering Lone Worker Safety, Managing Conflict in the Workplace Through Communication and Managing Conflict in the Workplace through Personal Awareness, the books enable an organisation to educate lone workers whilst retaining control and flexibility. For larger numbers of workers, the Self-Teach Workbooks can be branded in line with a company’s own corporate communications requirements and can also be designed to be sector or industry specific.

The books are structured to provide q&a throughout and at the end there is a test with a sign-off form so the worker and manager can confirm completion.
