New from Centurion, the ArcPro
PPE solution protects the head and
face against electric arc flash hazards.

The main risks from arc flash to the
head, face and respiratory system are
from the resultant radiant heat,
ionised gas stream, blast debris as
well as smoke and the toxic gasses
produced.

During development of the
ArcPro products Centurion worked
closely with DuPont to evaluate
suitability for Arc Flash incidents up
to 40cal/cm2 at the DuPont ArcMan
Facility in Geneva.

Featuring a new polycarbonate
face screen, the ArcPro system can
be worn as either helmet or
headband mounted, with or without
chin guard protection.Centurion has
ensured the helmets, browguards,
sweatbands and ear defenders
contain no nylon materials or metal
parts and will protect the wearer in
the event of an arc flash incident of
40cal/cm2.
