Guarding and mobile patrol services
Since January 2019, TC Security Services, part of TC Facilities Management (TCFM), has been providing guarding and mobile patrol services to Avison Young. The portfolio, covers multiple and diverse locations across London and the South East.
TC Security Services has welcomed 20 new colleagues to the business from a number of incumbent suppliers. Client feedback about the mobilisation, led by Patrick O’Sullivan, operations manager, is said to be positive.

As a new supplier, there was an added element of risk, but nearly four months after go-live, we’re delighted with the decision to appoint them”
