Cloud-based compliance solution
Cloud-based health and safety management provider Southalls will be returning to The Health & Safety Event. After a fantastic year which has seen high growth and even more developments to the Safety Cloud solution, visitors to the event will be able to see first hand and discuss with a team of expert safety professionals how Southalls can make health and safety management easier.
With over 50,000 users, Safety Cloud is customisable to the needs of individual clients across a variety of industry sectors, from retail, hospitality and education to manufacturing, engineering and infrastructure.
Developed by experienced health and safety professionals and supported by former enforcement officers, Safety Cloud is scalable across multiple sites and processes, providing complete and instant visibility of current compliance from one dashboard.
The addition of the new ‘Safety Observations Module’ allows staff to raise any safety concerns or comments that they have with their manager, encouraging an engaged and proactive attitude towards safety from all staff members. Additionally, Safety Cloud now offers an integrated assistance feature where users can easily search for help on how to use different elements of the software, for example, how to add more equipment items to the system, providing a useful time-saving tool.
Safety Cloud gives a clear and structured overview of current compliance for your business, covering risk assessments, audits, accident management, training, maintenance, and more, allowing health and safety professionals to manage a full and detailed audit trail. Useful reminders can be set and resulting actions can be easily allocated to team members. A suite of e-learning modules can also be accessed through Safety Cloud, allowing for quick and effective training to be conducted and recorded with ease.
Southalls have committed to make a donation of £50 to charity for every meeting booked with us at the NEC.
