On-line learning: a flexible approach April 1st 2007 An interactive learning system from Worksafe UK allows small to medium sized companies to deliver computer-based training that is easily managed. PRIAM (Pro-active Risk, Identification and Management) represents a new generation of corporate training that is delivered through the internet. Businesses can create their own computer-based training courses and questionnaires, and efficiently monitor the workrelated tasks of their employees and the risks associated with them. The system is suitable for company induction courses (including learning rules that are enforceable by law), general health and safety training, risk assessments and ongoing company training. Company training officers will be able to oversee PRIAM's training programmes. Nigel Coster, Worksafe's director and programme designer, says "The system we have created is a generic development platform that is extremely flexible according to the needs of each individual company."
