Internet-based course looks at emf safety

An internet-based training course has been introduced by Link Microtek for anyone whose job involves working with electric and magnetic fields.

Known as EMF Worker, the new eLearning course provides users with an introduction to the basic concepts of EMF energy and its effects on the human body, followed by an overview of safety guidelines, monitoring equipment and typical hazards. There is a self-assessment at the end of the course and, for those who pass, a course completion certificate.
