New interactive learning tools from Croner are designed to help health and safety managers take control of safety training.

The companys interactive i-learning portfolio offers a complete induction training solution direct to each trainees pc via an organisations intranet. It offers a quick and easy way to train large numbers of staff.

Products are available for the industrial environment, office and for users of display screen equipment health and safety helpline.

Each product has up to four i-learning modules that take 40 to 60min to complete. Each module explains basic health and safety principles and teaches trainees about legislation and practice using interactive screens.

The software stores training and assessment results, allowing trainers to track scores and effectiveness, and monitor progress.

Training can take place at trainees convenience and at his/her own pace.
