First aid training: learn more at show April 1st 2007 The British Red Cross will be showcasing its first aid at work courses at this year's Safety & Health Expo. Staff will be on hand to discuss the organisation's range of first aid courses. These include moving, handling and automated external defibrillator training, and its online Safe hands support programme. Safe hands is a free, online support network that has attracted some 17 000 members since its launch a little over a year ago.
