ConstructionSkills has introduced a Plant Managers' Safety Training Scheme to help managers in the plant sector improve health and safety across their workforce.

The five-day course has been developed in partnership with federations, including the Construction Plant Association and HSE.

PMSTS aims to improve management of health and safety on site and give a thorough explanation of managers' responsibilities and accountabilities, according to current legislation.
