The attitude of the organisation is set by the Managing Director, Nick Higginson MSc CMIOSH Dip2.OSH SpDipEM MIIRSM. Nick started his health and safety career with the IOSH Managing Safely course, and went on to achieve distinctions in four different NEBOSH awards.

This was capped by being awarded a Masters Degree with Distinction in Occupational Health & Safety Management at Loughborough University.

On a recent NEBOSH Construction Certificate Course, Phoenix achieved a 100% pass rate.
