October 1st 2006 Available from Rocol Site Safety Systems, Acme panels are made-to-measure, anti-slip work platforms that are quick to install and said to provide anti-slip security for 15 years. The panels are suitable for overlaying onto a wide range of surfaces, such as wet or greasy floors, work platforms, open mesh catwalks, gantries, walkways and steps. A timber base helps to ensure comfort underfoot, reducing fatigue and stress caused by standing. The chemically-resistant panels are said to withstand oils, spills, grease, hydraulic fluids and other corrosive materials. Available in yellow, grey and black with a choice of yellow or white sightlines, the panels have a chamfered edge for increased safety. Acme Panels offer an immediate anti-slip solution and are said to require minimum downtime, minimum preparation and minimum installation time, while providing anti-slip security.
