Broadwood International's SnowEx V-Maxx spreader has been made more versatile with the addition of AccuSpray, a self-contained system capable of liquid deicing or pre-wetting.

The unit can be easily and quickly changed to spread salt or sand thanks to an adjustable 'V' salt/sand baffle and attached vibrator.

Adaptable to most salting/sanding equipment, the device is controlled using a digital mechanism that enables the operator to select either de-ice or prewet operation.

The SnowEx AccuSpray comprises a 285L capacity tank with vented cap, 12V dual head hi-flow pump, full vehicle width harness with weatherproof automotive quality connectors and hydrostatic equaliser tube to minimise pump load. The system also includes a range of stainless steel nozzles to reduce clogging.

The dual rotary threeposition spray nozzles allow for high flow streamer, low flow streamer or a wide fan spray for direct application to the pavement. A single, wide fan spray nozzle at the discharge chute is applied directly to bulk material.
