Anti-slip treatment
August 1st 2008 SkidProof International has
secured the global rights to
a floor treatment that uses
nano-technology to increase
slip-resistance on any
surface.
SkidProof uses neither
aggregates nor acids yet is
said to increase the slip
resistance of any floor or
surface to levels that comply
with all current standards
for safety.
The low cost, simple to
apply coating dries to a
tough and flexible
transparent finish, allowing
the natural colouration and
patterning of the floor to
show through. No specialist
maintenance is required and,
once applied, it is chemical
resistant, and said to
protect against stains and
premature wear. |
