Safe base for raf

A British work platform that provides a safe and protected working environment for operatives working up to 7m off the ground has been supplied to RAF Marham for servicing Tornado GR4 bombers.

Rob Bokros, Lobo Systems' managing director, comments "Our system provides a full safety perimeter around the Tornado up to a height of 3m, although it will extend to 7m. This creates safe working access to every part of the aircraft. It is likely to be used at other RAF stations where BAE Systems undertake the aircraft servicing.
