Heavy duty roll handling system

New from lifting and handling specialist, Torros, is the EX500 heavy duty roll handling system capable of holding reels weighing up to 500kg, with cores of 76 or 152mm.

The system is said to make the handling of jumbo reels easy. It uses powered gripping jaws, powered rotation, powered lift and powered traction.

Light and manoeuvrable despite its high capacity, it features a strong and rigid stainless steel frame, and soft start 24V electric motor for precision movement control. It also has low maintenance sealed gearbox and batteries.
