The range of pre-finished door sets available from Timbmet Door Solutions (TDSL) can now be supplied with an anti-microbial lacquer finish from BioCote.

The company says that, under test conditions, the treatment demonstrates a reduction of more than 99% of harmful bacteria, including Eschericia Coli and the MRSA super bug.

The treated products can, therefore, provide a second line of defence in the fight against infection.

The TDSL range of door sets can be specified for buildings such as hospitals, laboratories, food preparation and production companies, and other organisations where there are large concentrations of people.
