Available from Clifford and Snell, a division of Signature Industries, YL2 is an audible and visual alarm suitable for a wide range of applications.

Aesthetically designed, the compact unit houses a fully integrated sounder and strobe combination and complies with BS5839 Pt 1:2000. It is continuously rated and features low power consumption, volume control as standard and a separate light, sound or combination function.

As well as sound selection via a DIL switch, the unit provides 32 selectable tones, meeting a wide range of international regulations.

A parabolic reflector produces high intensity light output of 3J. Lens options include red, amber and clear polycarbonate.

Operational temperature ranges from -25 to 40°C, with a light output of 40 candela (effective).
