Airdri has introduced a new version of its fast, robust and versatile Classic warm air hand drier.

The new Classic is available in a choice of models that dry the hands or face in about 20sec. The heavy duty casing is vandal resistant and comes in white, black and chrome finishes.

A fully automatic version with infrared sensor system offers is said to eliminate the risks of cross infection completely.

Detecting the presence of hands under the air outlet, the sensor automatically switches the drier on. The drier switches itself off automatically a few seconds after hands are removed. Alternatively, manual versions incorporating the latest technology touch controls are also available.

Specifications include: power consumption of 10a at 240v; nominal output of 2.4/2kw at 240/220v respectively; sensor range of 100mm vertically beneath outlet; air volume of 230m3/h; air velocity of 22m/s; operating noise level of 74dB(A).
