Low noise and zero emissions
April 1st 2007 Environmentally-friendly and powerful, the EcoSweep 360 sweeper from Gurney Reeve operates for a full working shift with a hopper capacity of 360L on a single overnight charge. The electric charge powers the unit's traction at up to 16kph, as well as its twin, forward-mounted brushes and vacuum system. EcoSweep operates on all hard surfaces, including inclines of up to 20%, and has a sweeping width of up to 1.5m. It is 2.97m long, less than 1m wide and 1.9m high. Electric power not only means zero emissions, but minimum noise levels, making the EcoSweep 360 suitable for operation in sensitive environments. The driver is protected by a steel frame cab that includes an overhead guard. The sweeper had its UK debut at IMHX 2007 and is now available for demonstrations and test drives.
