Brochure explains 'clean and green'
April 1st 2007

A 12-page brochure from the Wheelabrator Group advises engineering and manufacturing companies how they can be both clean and green.

The brochure features the Clean-Tek range of standard machines, with single and multi-stage versions (where applicable), through to customised cleaning solutions, recycling systems and after-care.

Aqueous cleaning provides a cost-effective alternative to using the solvent trichloroethylene (more commonly known as trike).

Clive Ward, general manager of the Clean-Tek product range at Wheelabrator Group, says "Implementation of aqueous cleaning techniques allows for fast, effective and high impact cleaning with efficiency exceeding solventbased products.

"Capable of removing grease and heavy-duty debris from components, the Clean-Tek range is highly effective while eliminating concerns about worker safety and solvent disposal."
