NEW SAFETY MATS HELP CUT FATIGUE

New anti-fatigue safety mats from TMC Mats have helped to reduce staff fatigue and boost productivity and staff morale at Mettis Aerospace in Redditch.

The work of many of the employees requires intense concentration while standing for long parts of the day, and can be very tiring. Trial mats from TMC received positive feedback and the company subsequently ordered TMCs Diamond-Plate 415 matting.

This has a tough, anti-slip vinyl surface coupled to a soft air-cushioned base for maximum comfort and is said to be one of the most resilient and durable mats on the market.

The mats have ramped safety edges so they fit flush to the floor and reduce the risk of tripping
