CATALOGUE FEATURES ANTI-FATIGUE MATS

A new range of anti-fatigue floor coverings are included in the latest catalogue from Plastic Extruders.

The Zed range comprises three types of matting based on patented foam, plus other mattings that complement and offer different performance characteristics.

The molecular foam base is said to provide the user with significantly improved fatigue reduction properties. The resilience represents a measure of the bounce it gives to anyone standing on it and this directly affects the level of standing fatigue. It is measured as a % of bounce compared to initial drop height of a ball and ranges from 33% for Zedland to 8% for Tuffspun.

Zedtred is a heavier duty version with a ribbed vinyl surface for increase slip-resistance, while Sparksafe is a specialised anti-fatigue matting that repels sparks and hot metal shards.
