COOL SOLUTION FOR HOT EMPLOYEES
October 1st 2004

The problem of how to cool workers on the factory floor at Eminox in Lincolnshire without creating a high velocity impact that would affect a TIG welding process has been resolved with the installation of a Breezair evaporative cooling system with louvre vents.

Temperatures in excess of 30°C have been reduced by up to 6°C since the installation of the system from Seeley International.

Now, hot air is expelled through the louvres and cool air is introduced to the factory via five Breezair units on the roof. It is ducted through internal pipework to strategic locations in the factory.

Economic to install and cost effective to run the system is said to consume less energy than convention air conditioning systems.
