York International offers a range of ‘clean concept’ air handling units (AHUs) for ultra-sensitive, hygienic applications and environments.

The YMA-C family of AHUs delivers airflows from 0.25 to 60m3/s to ensure high indoor air quality and cleanliness.

Units have a smooth interior with no obstructions that could trap dirt or allow a buildup of bacteria. In addition, the interior can be made from stainless steel and there is an option for floor panels to be sloped to give continuous drainage for all sections.

The construction of the units achieves the highest classification available for thermal transmittance and thermal bridge factor when measured against Eurovent test standards.

Units can be tested for air leakage at the factory and HEPA filter installations can also be DOP tested to eliminate any risk of contamination.

YMA-C units can also be supplied with ATEX certified components.
