Micro fibre technology for new fabric October 1st 2007 Dailys, a rapidly growing
manufacturer of non-woven
clothing to the industrial
market reports a successful
year following the launch of
its Candex fabric.
Described as a new
generation of
microporous fabric, it
uses micro fibre
technology to achieve
improved chemical
barrier properties,
while remaining light
and breathable.
The new Candex is 5-ply.
The three middle protective
and breathable filter layers
are sandwiched between two
durable outer layers,
protecting against splash
and dust. The fabric weighs
just 43g/m2.
The company is
continuing its drive to be an
environmentally aware
company and has reduced
the amount of raw materials
required for this product by
20%. This, in turn, results in
a reduction in transport and
warehouse space. |
