WEILS GERMS WIPED OUT WITH WIPES
February 1st 2004

Mykal claims that, following comprehensive microbiological tests, its heavy duty hand cleaning wipes DSI 4000HDW have proven effective at preventing the contamination and spread of Weils Disease (Leptospira Interrogans).

Weils disease is a potentially fatal illness caused by contact with rat urine, a hazard for anyone regularly working in ditches, trenches, sewers, cellars or anywhere rats may be found.

The cleaning solution in Mykals hand cleaning wipes not only kills Weils germs, but prevents them from re-appearing even after six weeks incubation.

One side of the wipe is textured and abrasive to remove oils, greases, adhesives, sealants and inks; the other side is smooth and designed to absorb contamination.

The company says that the low lint, heavy duty nature of the wipes means they will not tear or disintegrate, even in extreme use.
