February 1st 2007 Chemical resistance, mechanical resistance, comfort and heat protection are just some of the benefits claimed for the Nitri Knit Plus supported Nitrile glove, available from North Safety Products. The glove is liquid proof and offers chemical resistance in accordance with EN 374.2003. Its tough Nitrile coating offers a high level of protection against cuts, snags and abrasions and, in combination with the dense nylon interlock liner, the glove is said to offer good mechanical properties, especially against tear. The seamless knitted liner is said to guarantee a very high level of comfort and dexterity and, in terms of heat protection, the contact heat is to 100°C according to EN 407.
