A.Algeo (the people behind www.foothealthcare.com) supplies orthotic shoe inserts that provide a cushion between foot and floor, reducing exertion on the foot and, hence, biomechanical pressures across the body.

Available in 3/4 length to accommodate tight-fitting work boots, the inserts do not require fitting.

They are machine washable and designed to last for a year.
