Cylinder safety boost

The oxy-acetylene Integra cylinder range from Air Products has been developed to improve the safety of oxygen and acetylene cutting, welding and brazing.

Cylinders are said to be smaller and lighter than traditional versions, more stable and easier to handle.

The integrated regulator, a key feature of the Integra cylinder, has been designed to minimise the risks associated with oxygenacetylene welding, cutting and brazing and allows fine control of outlet gas flow.

The quick-fit connection incorporates an additional safety cut-off valve to prevent accidental leaks.

The quick connector has been developed with safety as a priority. Features include a flashback arrestor, dust filter, safety locking and release mechanism, non-return valve and a thermal cut-off valve.
