Door is Audi's choice
August 1st 2008 Health and safety doors from
sara are being used by Audi
in the production of the new
Audi A4.
sara worked closely with
Audi's HQ in Ingolstadt,
Germany, to adapt the door
to Audi's specification. The
resulting design was a 300AMP
with ACS70 control
system; RollTex window
curtain; safety switches with
the highest safety class;
special contacts for the
drive unit and coil cable for
quick replacement (most of
the doors are installed in a
critical area), as well as
special cable and component
markings and special
software for communication
