Compliant with international safety standards and easy to adapt to individual applications, the Falk 'Orange Peel' rotating machinery guard from Rexnord offers engineers a cost-effective solution for original and retrofit installations that is backed by a 3-year warranty.

The Orange Peel rotating machinery guard (couplings, pumps and so on) complies with OSHA, ASME and ANSI standards and comes in various configurations. All can be tailored on site.

Made in polyethylene or aluminium, the guards can be easily trimmed to size following pre-formed cutting guides in the body and projecting shaft sleeves. This permits accurate adjustments to be made to height and width. Bolt-on pedestal risers allow height to be increased.

Another feature of the Orange Peel guard is the easy access it permits for lubrication, inspection and maintenance, achieved simply by peeling away the guard's panels.
