Rapid response is assured
December 1st 2007 Blue Tree Services has
launched a Rapid Response
service for users of its GPS
location devices. Subscribers
can be confident that,
wherever they are, an
assistance officer will arrive
to help them if they press
their personal alarm.
Users carry a tracking
device which shows their
location to a PC at their
office or home. Pressing the
alarm button raises an onscreen,
email and/or text
SMS alert to a configurable
list of people including the
Rapid Response team.
The alert shows exactly
where the person is, enabling
help to arrive within 20min.
For companies with lone
workers, the service can
provide accurate, real time
location information, risk
mitigation and improved
safety.
The system operates in
Derbyshire, Leicestershire
and Nottinghamshire; other
areas will be rolled out soon. |
