Substantial order for chain hoists
August 1st 2007 Demag Cranes & Components has supplied 124 electric chain hoists to Stoke-on-Trent-based distributor, Chains and Lifting Tackle (Midlands), for a client in the engineering sector. All of the hoists are 1250kg SWL rated models from Demag's DC-COM range. The range has been developed to combine competitive pricing with presimple commissioning, ease of operation and low maintenance. The two-speed hoists feature an ergonomic control pendant, with a fully adjustable cable, which allows the pendant to be positioned at a safe and comfortable height for the operator.
