Provides dust-free loading of powders

Mek-Tek's MT Loader is a telescopic loading chute designed to meet the EPA's requirements for dust-free loading of powders or granules into sealed road tankers or open back trucks.

With throughputs of up to 250m3/h depending on product type, flow characteristics and feed method, the unit is capable of loading standard road tankers in less than 5min.

Electrically powered by a braked gear motor, the MT Loader will raise or lower its reinforced, double-skinned discharge spout from its fully retracted to fully extended position and any points in between, providing total control of loading operations.

Over-travel is prevented using two limit switches, one of which stops the chute when it seats in the container hatch, and the other which stops the chute in the fully raised position.
