despatched to a wholesale
and retail supplier of meat
and poultry in Moscow.
The Airflow SR1P machine
lets the operator remove
freezer spacers and change
the pallet from wood to
plastic, or vice versa,
without lifting the pallet or
touching a box of product –
all within 90sec.
It allows for any height of
pallet and any size 1200 by
1000, 1200 by 800 or even
1200 by 1200 including
freezer spacers (if required)
to be removed and the
timber pallet lowered to the
floor for changing. A ramp is
not needed as everything is
lowered to the floor.
Machines can also be loaded
with a hand pallet truck.
The full range begins with
the basic Pallex machine
which is designed to allow
pallets to be changed
without lifting the pallet or
boxes in less than 60sec.
The company also makes
machines that allow the
pallets of product to be split
into two or three sections,
and/or the timber pallet
lowered to the floor for
changing, also machines for
inserting and removing any
type of freezer spacers and
changing pallets, and
machines for completely
