TILTING TRAY THAT REDUCES REACHING

Introduction of a new tray tilting mechanism for the LogiMat range of vertical lifts by Autoscan, improves ergonomic handling for operators.

LogiTilt immediately raises the back of a tray when presented at the pick window, reducing the picking depth.

LogiMat is suitable for storing many different items, from documentation to awkward components. Items are held in identified tray locations, each capable of a 400kg payload and with a total of 40 000kg achievable.

Controlled via a touch-screen, the correct tray/location is automatically brought to a pick window for component retrieval.

The LogiTilt facility enables the tray at the pick window to be raised from the back to an angle of 45. This is particularly useful where the LogiMat vertical lift is used for storing small items, since it reduces operator reach.

LogiTilt is an option on new LogiMat lifts and can be supplied as a retrofit device.
