PUSHES AND PULLS 5t OF STEEL PLATE

JCB uses a Nu-Star Power Pusher at its site in Rocester, Staffordshire, to push, pull and manoeuvre trolleys loaded with up to 5t of steel plate that used to be moved by forklift.

A representative from JCB Loadall, says Waiting for an available fork truck to move these trolleys wasted time and the size of the truck turning circle took up valuable floor space.

We assessed a variety of solutions, but none of them was as flexible as the Power Pusher. By welding a simple attachment to our trolleys, we can use Power Pusher to move a variety of loads on site.

The pedestrian operated, battery powered tug unit is 1.4m long and 670mm wide.
