Proven pushing power
December 1st 2005

Cummins Engine Company in Daventry uses a Nu-Star Super Pusher unit to move engine blocks during the build process.

Engines are mounted on dedicated trolleys during the manufacturing process and can weigh from 7000 to 12 000kg, depending on the model and the stage on the build process.

Eddie East, Kaizen improvement technician explains "I had to source a new type of engine mover and came across the Nu-Star Super Pusher. After a week's exhaustive trial, Cummins purchased the unit and it has been in use ever since.

We are extremely pleased with the product and the professional way in which it was presented to us."
