Plastic pallets February 1st 2004 Craemer UK will be exhibiting a selection of plastic pallets at IMHX 2004.
On display will be its original plastic pallets, the one-piece moulded CR1 that is manufactured to industry standards (Euro 1200 by 800mm) and the heavy duty CR3 (UK 1200 by 1000mm) that is available as perimetric or with three runners.
Designed to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness within materials handling, the hygienic pallets provide a long service life and can be recycled.
Both feature as standard moulded-in, anti-slip profiles to the topdeck to allow secure carrying of heterogeneous loads, such as crates, sacks, bags and so on.
Each pallet can be customised with additional Craemer options to meet specific handling applications, including reinforced profiles for heavy loads and additional outer rims for increased load safety.
The CR1 has built-in radio frequency identification technology to create an Intelligent Pallet. This simplifies tracking and is said to open up new perspectives for pallet pool management.
Plastic pallets are tested to extremes in both hot and cold store environments to ensure a trouble-free life. The company claims that they are reported by the
largest pallet pooling company to have the lowest damage rate of any plastic pallet.
