Online for visitors February 1st 2008 An internet-based visitor
management system has
been launched by SG World.
It can book visitors into a
building from any internetenabled
PC and create photo
ID badges for their arrival.
The system is designed to
speed up and simplify the
visitor reception process in
a way that enhances
security, eases front-ofhouse
workload and creates
a positive impression for
visitors and tenants.
The product – iReception
– can be installed on an
intranet or hosted on a
secure iReception website
account. It enables staff to
pre-book or re-book visitors
in from their PCs, and have a
personalised photo badge
awaiting their arrival.
The system is said to be
simple to operate and
requires little or no training.
Jamie Norman, SG World's
marketing manager,
comments "First impressions
count for a great deal and
the way guests are
welcomed and processed
into a building can
influence the whole visit.
"iReception puts the
process into the hands of
staff via their PCs and
ensures a quick and secure
registration of visitors to a
single building or across a
multi-site facility." More articles from SG World Ltd: |
