August 1st 2007 Marsdens' fork pallet scale is designed to maximise efficiency and safety in the warehouse by weighing and transporting loads in one easy action. It is of heavy duty construction, yet easy to manoeuvre and, with a 2000kg capacity, it is able to weigh the heaviest of pallets. The standard truck is supplied with a basic weight indicator with bright backlit display, that is easily read in low light environments, parts counting function, and with full range tare and presimple commissioning, ease of operation and low maintenance. The two-speed hoists feature an ergonomic control pendant, with a fully adjustable cable, which allows the pendant to be positioned at a safe and comfortable height for the operator. Safe load handling is assured by the hoist's single fall chain design. more than 82 standard options. Most of the winches can be supplied in special versions and LTM believes it has a solution for virtually every winch problem. It says that most can be solved using a standard product. The on-board rechargeable battery is housed in the weight indicator and is easily recharged with the power lead supplied. It is, however, available with alternative indicators offering different functions, such as printing and check weighing. The unit can also be fitted with a Bluetooth data transmitter and software for the weight to be captured on a mobile device such as a PDA or similar.
