Nederman has launched two L-PAK compact high vacuum units for dust and fume removal in general industrial applications.

Units are on a base that can be handled by a pallet truck, are easily installed by non-specialist personnel and are compatible with Nederman extraction system accessories.

Features include integrated PLC for on-board control, safety and maintenance monitoring.

Ease of application is conferred by automatic filter cleaning. The filter system has a dynamic reducer to pre-separate coarse particles, ensuring high efficiency and long operational life.

Filter cleaning is automatic using a short reversed air blast.

Remote/automatic start and stop is standard, as is a duty idling and temperature monitoring and control function. A filter indicator light signals the need for servicing.

Dust collection is easy with the bag-lined, bottommounted plastic bin.
