For hot sparks and damp dusts June 1st 2008 Cater Environmental
Engineers (CEE) has installed
a W50 Dustand Nonflam at
the Bird Bellows division of
Senior Aerospace to handle
dust generated in titanium
polishing operations.
At its Congleton plant the
company designs and
manufactures precision
engineered metallic bellows,
flexible joints and duct
components for aircraft
ducting systems and engine
applications. Established
products range in size from
general aviation applications
to the largest units required
for the Airbus A380.
The unit installed by CEE is
designed to act as a bench
for a double ended polishing
machine, but can equally well
be installed under existing
workbenches. Recently
introduced by CEE, the
compact new W50 Dust and
Nonflam wet dust extractor
combines highly effective
operation with space-saving
characteristics.
It is especially suitable for
operations where hot sparks
are produced, as well as
damp dusts that are ideally
collected in water. More articles from Carter Environmental Engrs Ltd: |
