Regulations 2006 brings
together three previous sets
of regulations covering the
prohibition of asbestos, the
control of asbestos at work
and asbestos licensing.
These and legislation such
as the Management of
Health & Safety at Work
Regulations 1999 and the
CDM Regulations 2007
impose a clear 'Duty to
Manage' hazards, directed at
those who control commercial
or public premises.
