Asbestos kills: leaflets available
April 1st 2006 Asbestos fibres could be lurking in up to 1.5 million factories, offices and shops across the UK, says the TUC.
The organisation has launched a new safety drive aimed at preventing workers being exposed to the killer substance that claims around 4000 lives a year.
