Welcome to the May/June issue of e:news from Health & Safety Matters.

Almost 70% of readers who took part in last month's poll answered 'repro-what' to the question of whether reprotoxicants were taken into account in their workplace risk assessments, confirming suggestions by the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work that the risks associated with Reprotoxicants are poorly understood. More information on the subject can be found in the agency's full report.

Earlier in May a new scheme from the Better Regulation Office saw regulatory bosses trade the boardroom for the shopfloor to better understand how regulation affects businesses. In May's poll we ask whether a greater presence on the shopfloor from the senior management in your workplace could make a difference to health and safety performance.
